"Thank you for this opportunity to confirm that we had a very happy experience at the apartment. The arrangements for welcoming us were very good and both David and Cris were there to give show us the various facilities. The apartment was very clean and suitably furnished and equipped. Although it is on the edge of the Red Light area nothing of this was intrusive or offensive. The main street, Warmoesstraat, has an enormous variety of restaurants and cafes and there are two supermarkets within easy walking distance. The apartment is also close to the main station and to the tram routes that run to all parts of the city. It is very easy to get to all the places of interest ( museums, concert halls, art galleries etc). Although it is in a busy area of the city the apartment is in a quiet passageway and there is no disturbance at night.
